In your team and organization you do not make things happens when people
do not care. They do not enjoy their work. They do not respect each other.
They feel vulnerable to outsiders. World could be big, but its our
individuality which makes us so unique to live with. It does not matter
how fabulous your startegies ares, how well groomed your plans are. Unless
your people do not see your vision, unless they do not connect with your
vision and feel that it is good for themselve as well as for their own
good. They can not make it works.
