Namastey Yoga is to show the movement
in Yoga while breathing and exhailing. This is about twsiting and
berathing. Getting warm up before the exercises is very much important and

This exercise is good for back and wasit. It help in reduction of fat
around waist area and those adamant love handles.
Cat pose describe in the video help to have a smaller and slimmer hips and
good womanly shape. Shoulder exercise helps you to have a stronger
shoulder to bear day to day life.
