Preparing and baking a roasted
chicken is only cake walk. It just require some time to get ready for
eating. But very easy.
Take a full breast chicken or brioler. And rub a zinger on it on whole
surface. Rub oil and red vinegar on the whole surface. Wipe these with
teragaun leaves. Then leave the boiler for one hour to get the liquid get
into the skin.. Then prepare the chicken to hand around the fireplace.
hang the chicken with solid thread and keep away from the fire. It should
be baked with the heat of fire not with fire itself. Keep sprincling water
on the surface from time to time so that surface do not get too dry or get
burnt.
Cut that in piece and surve on the table for your people with red wine and
have fun.
