Leadership is inborn in a women, whether they lead global or they try to manage a household  ,it is often seen that women ensure that every member of the family or team is well nurtured and attended to. This is the fair quality which is very much present in the  DNA of all the women .Yet in the world that risk-taking and team building a woman `s leadership skills brings a new dimensions of style , energy, experience ,execution and innovation  that is compelling ,yet discreet. It is multi-faceted talent that is inherent in global leaders that makes them truly successful.

Woman has made forays into every avenue that has ever been opened to mankind. Be it to the business –savvy working woman or the multifaceted home maker , women have become decision –makers and the driving forces behind both households and corporate around the world.

Whenever asked by the  corporate women about their stepping into the world ---for them at work ,bigger or more is not necessarily better, rather building a repertoire of experience and enhancing reputation is.

It is one response to the era of rapid, discontious  change that characterizes today` s work environment. It is certainly uniquely applicable to career women who may at sometime redefine their priorities and choose to pursue a different trajectory in the corporate world.

Women involvement into the various sector has increased . It has been noticed that the proportion of woman employees in various organization is showing a healthy growth   which has a remarkable average stand. It is seen that especially women have the flair for creativity .Still we call the world to be a male dominating area where there are few women icons to show case.

There has been numeral instances of gender disparity in the rampant global phenomena  ,especially in the old economy businesses ,when deserving and competent female candidates have been sidelined or superseded by less capable male colleagues. But the condition is not same the women have started becoming leader in all the field and their involvement   is appreciated commendably. Hence the women should make themselves to  more perfect in their fields or their selected organization and should make themselves to reach to the top of ladder.
