There has been a numeral instance of gender disparity in the rampant global phenomena, especially in the old economy businesses, when deserving and competent female candidates have been sidelined or superseded by less capable male colleagues. But the condition is not same the women have started becoming leader in the entire field and their involvement is appreciated commendably. Hence the women should make themselves to more perfect in their fields or their selected organization and should make themselves to reach to the top of ladder.
