Every woman in the world is looking forward to have a perfect shape and size. Sometimes, the denial come from the section of the so-called social worker that media has been the culprit for making woman go crazy and insane for the looks that more of the starved then slim or skinny. Well, that’s beyond doubt that to maintain the tip top figure efforts has to be taken from joining gym to go on for the rigorous aerobics schedule. But does the extra flab in the body is that dangerous for the health.

 Well if we go by the prognosis of the doctor’s we would find that woman in particular are more prone to heart disease and many other disease and genetic plays a crucial role in demystifying the intricacies behind it. But trust me until you are a doctor yourself and want to know more about it, don’t go in for finding out the medical site for this.

What you simply need to do is go in for walk daily for 20-30 minutes depending on the body weight.

It may not be sounding very attractive to many health conscious women of the upper strata. For them the going out in gym and burn their calorie with the rhythm of the music is more important. Here they also get chance, rather more chances to socialize with the other women and see some hunk in the short to satisfy their suppressed quench. Well, kidding no offenses. Here the purpose is to raise the awareness that gyrating with the music may not suit everybody but walking daily would be the great options to give it try.

Steps to be taken for the brisk walking

1.       Start with the daily walkout for 10 minutes for the first few days may be for a week.

2.   Gradually increase the time from 10 minutes to 20 minutes and then to 30 minutes.

2.      When the time has been increased and you are able to sustain your energy then gradually increase the speed from slow walk to the fast. But make sure that you are running. Because running may eat up your energy soon and most of you rather give it go after one month.

3.      This schedule will not be cumbersome and you would start enjoying it as the time passes by.

4.      The brisk walk is the best exercise and once it has been assimilated in the schedule one can easily bid the good bye to the gym and all.

5.      The brisk walk not only going to burn your extra calories but at the same time put your body in the equilibrium from excessive burn in the gym and at the same time prove to be healthy for the heart.
