 This ancient ‘healing through bath’ has acquired a new avatar in today’s world, to cover relaxation in natural surroundings, using as the main constituent, combining natural therapeutic methods like massages with chemical –free ingredients and renamed it as’ spa’.  

According to the survey done on spa categories it turned to be seven: Hotel and Resort Spa refers to any spa situated in hotels or resorts serving both hotel guests and walk-in guest. Destination Spa is a spa established in its own building which includes recreational areas. Most of its clients stay overnight, participating in selectable activities like medication programs   or yoga. Medical Spa means a spa providing medical treatments and utilizing medical treatments and utilizing medical instruments under specialized personnel instruction. Day Spa and City Spa refers to spa services that can be done at any time during the day. It may take only thirty minutes or one hour. The locations are usually in clients in cities or business centers.

The Spa system through in its nascent  stage, has become an important aspect of the de-stressing schedule. Medical treatment of chronic headache, insomnia, osteoarthritis, rheumatic disease, nasal and ear ailments are available along with massages, herbal sauna, ayurvedic masks, yoga and medication. The unique feature of an all the Spa in the different countries which certainly use their own some of the betterment styles to please the clients. The spa help in invigorating the mind and the body and everyone in today’s world run for the relaxation. This mode of relaxation is pleased by everyone.
