Increase your efficiency
It is important to increase your efficiency to get more
in less time. You need to work on to do list and on time delivery. You can
be little bit flexible here and there. But even accommodating that time into
your time list is important. Try to rest between the jobs. It will increase
your efficiency and you will do more. If you are having problem in finish
the work with in deadline, try to allot more time to that work. Work
intelligently. Do not squeeze too much in to small span of time. It is
impossible.
Accept creative criticism
None is perfect. People have opinion about
others. Try to listening positive criticism. They are good indicator of
where you stand. But never let anyone hurt you with a hidden agenda. If you
want to complain about someone, see that is it good for you and organization
or not. Remember words cut of mouth can’t be return.
Understand your colleague
Every work place have different kind of people.
They have different working style and moods. See some of them.

Emotional kinds of people take everything personal. They may be good
team member. But you have to give them time and listen them well.

Some people ask a lot of useless question in meetings. They may even
take a nap. Tell them to go out and take rest.

Some people feel good when you are unhappy. Take someone else in
confidence and send message through that person that you know about that
particular person.

Some people have low stream, but excellent performer. They may not be
good communicator. But that does not stop them participating in a meeting.
Their ideas and look can do wonder. Help
them to speak out.
