Make the Tummy Slim and Trim

Sometime the women are busy in their daily schedule they tend  to make excuses or skip the workout. But remember the next time when that beautiful stretchable dress is no longer giving a smart fit, and the extra stuff on body is easily reveled, be ready to face the embarrassment. There are various exercises which will help the women to help them stay slim and trim.

Exercises are only useful for those who follow it, otherwise it is a sheer wastage to talk about. To be concern about themselves is also a quality to maintain herself. With the coming up of various kind of food in market, the human tendency of eating and tasting the fast food, without noticing the calories they are gaining. Woman tend to make them lazy by skipping the exercise, and stating the excuse that their busy schedule don’t allow them but the reality is that they are running from the exercises. So here are two easiest exercises which will be beneficial to make the tummy portion of the body in a proper shape .

 

The exercises which can be done almost anywhere and easy to follow. The exercises involves curling your chest towards the hip. Start by living flat on the floor with your bottom to the right and drop your knees to the left so that your left leg is the same level as the floor. Make sure there is a straight line between your forehead, hips, and heels. Placing your finger tips at the sides of your head and maintaining the gap between your chin and curl your chest up. Hold for a brief second and breathe out as your curl down. Do twenty-five reps or as many as till you are fatigued and return to the starting  position. Now the other side slide your bottom to the left and drop your knees to the right so your leg is the same level as the floor. Again your heels, knees and bottom should be aligned.

The other exercise is called climbing the leg–relatively easy to do, get into position by lying on the floor. Now lift your legs above  your hips. Keeping your elbows loose place your hands on your shins and raise your shoulders an inch from the floor. Breathing out, move your arms up your shins an crunch up. The movement should come from your  arms up your legs. As you return to starting position, breathe in. Do twenty –five reps or as many as you can mange.

So still feel like skipping your work out after getting these easy exercise. Exercise should be made a part of daily routine and no doubt if the schedule is tight these simple exercises will help you to remain healthy, once the stomach is functioning all right, every thing sounds to be perfect. But once there is a disorder in the stomach, then there the problem arises and you can never pretend what all various health problems you can face..
