A couple of weeks ago ,a new study
published in the British journal of social psychological ,announced to the
world that there are nine types of romantic love .There's `hedonistic love
~,which is all about pleasure ,`Cupid’s dart`, which is all about mad
passion ,`grown –up love `which is all very mature and full of things like
trust and mutual recognition ,and `Cupid's dart –meets –security of close
friendship `love, which is somehow both friendly and passionate .The
others-like the boring –sounding `demythologized love` which “recognizes
the need for hard work, patience and compromise"—seem to fall into one or
the other of these categories .
So many times
it is been noticed that these loves that defy labels, that fit nowhere
within in the easy nomenclature of prefabricated categories. So many times
love is found in the realm of the intangible. Love can be
characterized as many types of love as there are men and women. Society has
its rules, and those rules have their uses, yet the truth is that every
relationship has a different flavor. If we believe all humans beings are
unique individuals, surely their interaction must also be unique. Many times
those interaction produce emotions that are the first stirrings of love,
gossamer strands. Many times they produce sparks that light up the
uneventful landscape in the lives.
