If you are planning to go in for the hiking then nothing could have been the better option to change the mood and improve the health also. So, before getting on to the hiking there are some suggestion for people who are doing it for the first time and women who are suffering ankle, knee and hip problems.  If you are suffering from any of these problems then before getting insane for the trip please drop into your physician’s clinic to check out if this would not be the tiring experience for you. At the same time physician would be able to guide you that what you should avoid during the course of your hiking.

 But as far as I am concerned I would like to tell you few things about the sticks and poles which could make you’re tracking program wholesome and less tiring and rejuvenating also at the same time.
