How many times you have heard that. How you feel when your toddler say, “I love you, dad”. Are you doing enough to become a good dad? Gone are the days when dad only earns money and mom need to weigh all the responsibly back home. In joint family, they were more or less free of this responsibility. But they want to hold their child, kiss them and want to establish a beautiful and sweet relationship.

But if child is too young, they fear to touch him. They may feel like hurting him. They die to take him in their arms but can’t do anything. And believe me, none can make you feel better than a you toddler.

When it comes to become mom and dad time, Start preparing yourself that life is going to take a swing. Both of you have to give a lot of time to your child. It is not just mother responsibility to take care of child, but father should take care of his child. Your child need both of you.

Some of fathers do not understand their child language. They feel unable to do that and call the mother. But they do not have to worry. They need to spend sometime with the child to ring the right chard. Try to connect with him by touch sense. He will respond it.

Change your child diaper when he need it. Do not just give a call to his mother. Even if it means you need to take a class from your wife. Do that. It is worth of doing. Do not ever think that changing diaper is only mother responsibility. If you do that, child will love you. You can talk a lot to your child; they understand the meaning if not language. Read his signs.

You should take bath with your child. Father use to get scare when it comes to bathing the child. They are never comfortable to do that. It has become natural to a man. But do not worry. Just stay there and let mother do it. Hold the child.

Children enjoy the company of their parents. They like their voices. They love that. Read some story book, some inspiring books and great personality book. Children will not understand that. But his sub-conscious mind will read that. It will be great for him in coming years. Just read that in a sweet and attractive voice. Make all the drama, even if you look silly. Who care, if my child like that.

Child need a mom and a dad. He certainly do not need two mom. Do not ever try to be too smooth and caring like children mother do. Your child has to face the world when he will grow up. And you are his first teacher and mentor. Teach him well.
