On can tells other to bugger off. It’s okay. Friendship means complete transparency. An outsider may feel that you may love him other way. But yes! You love him because he is your best buddy. You may not want to love him as you hubby or may be. But he enlighten you heart with his ease of smile and demeanor. 

Why should a friendship can not be platonic forever? Why should we give a relationship some name when it is between a girl and a boy.
