Breathe-in-breathe-out is the most important aspect of human life. We can not survive without it. Everyone breathe since they are born. But ask yourself, are you breathing in right sense. Take a deep breath, and inhale air right into your abdomen. Do this when you are sitting comfortably even relining. 

Start exhaling from the abdomen outward. Doing this for few minute daily will increase your concentration and blood circulation. When you are stressed, try to breathe in this way for sometime. Your stress will lighten out. It will bring calm to your mind. It is essential for staying beautiful. 

Turn Down your Sensors 

Rich and famous make conscious effort to bring more silence into their. They build farmhouse and retreats in isolate places. Fortunately, you can get that serenity at no cost. Filter out all the noise out of life and tune into your inner self. 

That means no mobile phone, computer, book, paper, no television, and no conversation, just nothing. Keep quite and do not listen anything. Stay disconnected from world. Japanese philosophy says this increase you’re punctual density, making you a woman of substance.
