Discipline may be painful, but it does have it rewards. Zen philosophy finds tremendous value of discipline in the small routine of life. Categories them into small tasks. Try to finish jobs on time. This will make you feel good. Eat at right time, in right quantity. Or 20 minute of workout when rather you go for ice-cream. Rising early in morning. Take cold water shower. It will increase you blood circulation. Take staircase instead of elevator. 

Small hard work like this will temper you; it will keep you happy and so beautiful. 

Lighten up 

There are time when less is more. Do not apply too much of make-up on your face. Give your face a vaction.
