Leisure Sickness is Quite Common in Women

What is the relief moment which every one desire to have one from your  busy schedule .Imagine a sunny beach in Mauritius .The white sand glistens in the morning sunshine .There is nothing to do ,but relax .Nothing difficult in doing that one would think .Work would be the last thing on anybody’s mind . Every one should take some time from   the busy hours to have fun , the psychologist tells that when a person don’t have the relax time ,than they  may be suffering from `Leisure sickness` ,it is advised that those persons should re-evaluate their priorities in life. 

Most women prefer wearing their stress like a badge of honor .Being busy has become synonymous with being successful and having high status   ,insists some psychologists has become the mind set. .Although most of   women know that relaxation is very important but still they don’t permit themselves.

The devotion to the  work is appreciable but the life is also important and you all women should not discard yourself from being tension free, asked to a woman she said “I think to go  on a trip and to have weekends off but my mind resist. I also feel that my work is not done and  I have no rights to relax”. Actually women are prone to anxiety ,there is greater pressure to be a good wife, mother and also employee, so she feel that she run away from her responsibilities if she don’t put the art of perfection in her work and lead her work taken till the end of finishing touch.

The state of anxiousness is common to those who are preoccupied with work in general and have  more trouble relaxing. The research claims that  three to five percent of men and women suffer from this disorder. However, women are the main facing this sickness. So it is suggested by the psychological that yoga, medication, spirituality counseling or discourses will surely help the people to unwind their nature towards the importance of relaxing. Life does need changes at one time or the other. Think about rewarding vacations and those that can relax you even if it's a day lying down in bed doing nothing.
