Jumping is basically a technique of rebounding from a point and then to and for again and again. It basically requires you to fling yourself about on a trampoline the way children do. And along the way you loose the weight too. This not only helps you to loose weight but is a great activity for blood circulation, varicose veins and cellulite. 

Trampoline is basically a net bed or elastic canvas just like gymnast and acrobats use. A spring rubber suspension anchors the bed to a metal frame of table height. And your exercise kit is ready. Rebounding energize the inner working of cells and increase the blood circulation. It adds forces in vertical direction. Accelerate and deaccelerate to the gravitational pull. 

As far as far safely concerns, this is a very safe and enjoyable exercise for anyone.

It is a great full body work out, yet non-jarring to the joints. For example, we you exercise on a hard surface, a lot of forces go into the body. This is sometimes not good for body joints. This can cause painful joints. But on a trampoline, mats absorb any jerk and reduce any bad effect on knees and waist joints.

A trampoline exercise just work like a vacuum. A vacuum cleaner creates a vacuum at the end of the hose, where air rush into fill the space. Just like that while rebounding cells are forced to the bottom of the bounce, to squeeze the toxins, poisons and trash out from around the cellular tissue spaces, making it possible for lymphatic to vacuum them up and cleans the body. Basically if the lymphatic function properly, we are healthy. Otherwise, we are prone to being sick. 

So what is the best way to use a trampoline? As it is told earlier, you have to jump like a kid. Never mind about the rules of game. Just have fun. But if you are dieing to know what the best way is, here is it. 

·        Concentrate on pushing down the balls of the feet.

·        Going up is natural; you do not need to do anything.

·        Keep abdominal in and maintain the correct posture throughout the work out.
