Winters are also one of the fear for women everywhere. It is seen in winter that the skin is chapped and chalk-dry. The oldest system of healing is Ayurveda. It tells to keep the skin with love and affection ,constant lubrication ,cleansing, and good diet, which will make your skin of your type. Drinking a glass of warm water, going to bed early ,avoiding heavy, sweet and fried foods. To get everything in life their   has to be hard work to attain it, same goes   for being beautiful, that the will  to be conscious about yourself.

Ayurvedic healers recommend fifteen minutes of direct exposure to sun, to allow the hands and face to absorb the minimum daily requirement of Vitamin D, which is necessary for calcium absorption and healthy bones. While cooking your food with the right mix of spices will help tremendously. In Ayurveda spices like ginger ,garlic, asafetida and red chilies are considered to have` heating` properties while turmeric, coriander and cumin are seen as `cooling` spices. It is to be noted that all antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables, such as pomegranate, apple are too excellent for skin.

It might be heard often that chemicals in your skin products or soap really do irritate the skin. The result is often seen that permanent dry patches, so it should be taken care of and more and more natural product should be used. Ayurveda believe in three type of stress: Physical –that is too much of exertion causes the skin to lose its moisture, resulting in rough ,aged skin. The simple remedy is to slow down and respect your needs of your body; Mental stress-causes the body`s minute nutrition–caring pores to shrink, resulting in dryness, wrinkles and  stress lines  and it should be kept in mind that the health will suffer if you stretch  yourself; Emotional stress–it becomes chronic then the skin could respond by breaking out into acne, rashes and allergies.

Ayurvedic healing system don’t only pamper your skin ,but also to  your  body and mind. That is the beauty of Ayurveda and  that is why it is called the  holistic system of healing.
