We all know that handling the day long interview is not that tough. What we need to have for this kind of interview is the right attitude. But yeah theirs is question and that is how to handle day long interviews and get success. To get success you have to prepare hard as candidates are very smart these days. Day long interviews may be very tiring for you and you may feel like to run away. There in that kind of situation leave aside success, I know it is even difficult to finish the interview process. But my dear friends, you have to remember this that day long interview can be interesting also. First of all let’s discuss that what is day long interview? In the day long interview, you may have to go through different round. For that first round is the HR round. Yup, before the company decides to take you for the technical session they just want to know that what kind of nut you are.

Once you clear the HR round, and they may ask you enter into the technical round of the interview. You have to remember it that both of these rounds are completely different. I the HR round they may learn about your personal traits and they would be interested to know what are you strengths, weaknesses, liking and disliking.

They ask about your all general details relating to your family and you in general. They may ask about your interest in the sport. Yes friends, in you are interested in the games played by the single person, then you may not be a team person, but you are good for individual task.

That is why I am telling you about all these details so that you came out as triumphant in the day long interview. So, how you handle all these questions in the day long interview would be the decisive, for you to become successful in the day long interview. So, don’t leave any stone unturned.
