Certain food may reduce the risk of developing breast cancer. Woman look after their diet, but  they forgot to intake  food which is essential for them to consume to remain healthy. Hence the super foods which has been suggested by researchers  have their positives to remain healthy and away from the risk of breast cancer.

The secret weapon that helps fight cancer is a substance called Lycopene found in tomatoes .Boiled tomatoes are also very effective in preventing prostate cancer. The body can absorb lycopene more easily from processed tomatoes which means pasta sauce and ketch up are even more potent sources of the nutrition, so eat and enjoy! Soya –found in soya milk and tofu –contains plant chemicals called Phytoestrogens, which  by studies  show  the damaging effects of the female hormone estrogen on breast tissue. Broccoli and other dark green vegetables are great sources of cancer –fighting compounds known as Indoles, which help deactivate or dispose of excess estrogen, it is seen that high consumption cam decrease your risk by 40 percent.

One US survey found that women who consumed olive at least twice a day, had a 25 percent lower risk of breast cancer than women who consumed it less often or not at all. So switch to cooking with olive oil where possible to enjoy its health benefits. Both black and green tea are loaded with antioxidants called polyphenols, significantly the drinkers of this may have less chances to likely suffer from  breast cancer. French scientist  found that all those who ate live yoghurt most often had the lowest risk of breast cancer and the more they consumed ,the lower their risk would be. American Health Foundation ,found that increasing that amount of fiber in women’s diets helped reduce their risk of breast cancer .So boost your intake with brown rice ,whole –grain cereals and whole meal  bread. The carrot is one of the richest dietary sources of beta-carotene-which helps to fight potentially harmful free radicals, the intake of beta-carotene has been shown to reduce the postmenopausal breast cancer by 20 percent.

Hence it is good to take precaution rather than suffer from the breast cancer. Cancers occur when abnormal cells grow in an uncontrolled way. Almost al breast cancers occur in women –very few occur in men. So diagnosis is the key to survival. It is known that one to ten women will develop breast cancer  at some point of their lives.
