Motherhood is one of the biggest blessings of God for the woman. Therefore, a woman who is endowed with the motherhood should feel proud to be blessed with one of the most important aspect of being a woman. But this motherhood should be taken care of properly otherwise it may not be a blessing and rather it would turn a curse in the disguise of the motherhood. But what made me to come out with this stark revelation?

 In the pregnancy a woman should not only take care for the proper diet but at the same time should take care of her exercise. This is not only good for the woman but to her yet to be born child also. If she would take balanced diet and at the same time exercise, right from the beginning of her pregnancy, it would be beneficial for both mother and new born child.

However, the very pertinent aspect of this exercise schedule is to take the right mix of exercise and diet. Why I am emphasizing the balance is because if the exercise regimen is not in time and proper then it would not serve any purpose, therefore the intensity for doing the thing should not be taken for granted. This has been supported by the studies and hence it should be taken up very seriously.

Studies have shown that in general the woman who has been doing the exercise more rigorously throughout their pregnancies in comparison to the sedentary woman peer have the larger placenta. But this does not guarantee that woman with bigger placenta would be having the baby with more weight. Hence, the intensive exercise is not the key. Please here a very serious suggestion to all those woman who have reading this article that they should take the exercise regimen as suggested for them by their doctor very seriously because it would be differently tailored made for every woman based on there weight, height and health status.

Utter care should be taken that if the exercise has been started just after the confirmation of the pregnancy then it should be continued with rigor till the ninth month and under no circumstance it should be discontinued until and unless because of it has been done on the prescription.

Studies have also shown that if the exercise has been started from the early pregnancy but it has been intensified at the later part of the pregnancy then it would also make the child weigh less. Why it has been pointed out regularly that if the child is underweight at the time of birth then it would not the best for the health of the child in future. It would also not very beneficial for the mother either. One of the serious consequences of the underweight is related to the heart disease in the future. 

The findings indicate "that regular weight-bearing exercise is beneficial for both mother and baby and that the amount of benefit varies with the timing and amount of exercise," Clapp told Reuters Health. "If the woman is healthy and the pregnancy normal, regular exercise can do nothing but improve the situation."
