The first time I ate this wonderful dish I had no
idea what ingredients went into the making. It took me a while to get
the recipe. I traveled from Northern Tanzania to Zanzibar to get this
recipe from a great friend.
I think if I had known the ingredients I may never
have tried this wonderful dish. Give it a try you won’t be
disappointed. It is so succulent it melts in your mouth. It also has a
bit of a spicy kick with you would expect coming from Zanzibar.
